No one word can be found to adequately describe Thai food. Take one mouthful of a Thai meal and it soon becomes clear that this is unique cuisine. Mouth-watering different. It is basically ‘Chilly Hot’ (very!) with the subtle addition of roots and aromatic herbs to lessen the ‘Bites’ (slightly!)
